in our sector. In 2000, James Boylan & Son Ltd changed
its name to James Boylan Safety Ltd.
We at James Boylan Safety Ltd (JBS), make Excellent
Customer Service our goal
and therefore maintain a flexibility that allows
us to identify the different requirements that exist
from customer to customer and from sector to sector.
This flexibility brings value to both our public and
private sector customers alike irrespective of whether
they buy product in single units or by the thousand.
JBS has in excess of 1,200 customers, which we service
through a combination of our external sales force (7
Sales Reps) and our internal customer service people.
This approach has been extremely successful for us and
we can claim many firsts in the industry. A few of these

the Irish Government. This 3 year contract was awarded
on foot of a European tender competition and was awarded
on the grounds that our quote represented best overall
value for money. Client departments include , An Garda
Siochana, The Dept Of Defence, The Irish Prison Service,
the Office of Public Works, Duchas, The Irish Coast
Guard, The Revenue Commissioners, etc, etc, JBS ltd
has successfully retained this contract for another
3 years, despite intense competition from all major
players in the industry.
- 1st Company to hold 3 Government
draw down contracts at the one time. The PPE and Janitorial
draw down contracts to the Irish Government are the
largest contracts of their kind in Ireland.
