JBS Annual Donations To Charity

In keeping with our annual donations to charity, JBS has recently made significant donations to both the Chernobyl Children’s Appeal and the Samaritan’s Purse (who send goods to Romanian & Croatian Orphanages). We greatly appreciate the tremendous work that these charities, amongst others, carry out.

JBS Retains Government Contract

JBS has again successfully retained the protective clothing (PPE) contract with the Government. This contract runs for 3 years. It is a single source contract whereby JBS supplies all the PPE requirements of the Government, Defence Forces, Prison Services and OPW.

JBS Introduces Barcoding

JBS has introduced barcoding. As part of the stated goal of developing state of the art IT & logistics, JBS now operates barcoding throughout the warehouse. This ensures that stock details are entirely accurate.

ICW Joint Venture

JBS has started a joint venture with InCorporatewear (ICW) in the UK, to offer fitted ladies and gents suits. ICW currently supplies over 22,000 Barclay’s Bank employees with all of their corporate clothing. ICW also operates a call cnetre capable of handling over 1,000 calls a day – so that any end user queries can be dealt with speedily

JBS Installs Drive-by-wire Technology

JBS has just installed advanced drive-by-wire technology to allow speedier and safer use of our man up forklifts. The drive-by-wire technology will allow orders to be picked and packed quicker, helping JBS offer a more competitive service.
